My name is Jim Calhoun, the owner of Calhoun's Lawn & Land Services. My interest in lawn care began long before this family company came to life. Back in middle school, I began mowing my grandparent's backyard with a red push mower. To earn some money, I started mowing lawns in my neighborhood and around Wadsworth. My parents and grandparents supported me in many ways during those early days of my business. They drove me to jobs before I was old enough to drive myself, and later helped make it financially possible for me to invest in my own equipment. With their support, the beginnings of my company took shape. I officially launched Calhoun's Lawn & Land Services in January of 2019. Since then, both the company and my family have grown. Along with my wife and our sons, we now have several employees. We take pride in our work, making sure it looks professional.
